On Saturday, Tuscaloosa Mayor Walt Maddox said 39 people were confirmed dead in the city and 454 people were reported as missing, though that number may include multiple reports on the same person. About 30,000 people remained without power. Recovery teams will resume their work, he said.

Tuscaloosa News PhotoTornadoes and violent storms ripped through seven southern U.S. states, killing at least 350 people as they flattened neighborhoods, flipped cars and toppled trees and power lines. Many are still without power and have been left without clean drinking water. ABC Newsreported:
Alabama, which was hit the hardest by the storms, has reported at least 249 deaths as of Saturday. More than 1,700 people in the state were injured by the storm. "Our thoughts and prayers are with all the people of this state," Alabama Gov. Robert Bentley told reporters on Saturday. Bentley declared Sunday as a day of prayer across Alabama.
The storms have destroyed or damaged power plants, power lines, gas stations and water supplies, leaving more than 1 million people without electricity. Thousands are homeless or without fuel or safe drinking water. Three nuclear power plants have shut down and are offline.
President Obama and the first lady toured the disaster area Friday in hard-hit Tuscaloosa, Ala., where 36 or more are dead. Eastern Tuscaloosa is running out of water. The mayor's office has ordered residents to conserve and to boil their tap water before drinking it until the city's water pressure can be fully restored.
According to FEMA, top Obama Administration officials who are scheduled to visit Alabama and Mississippi on Sunday include Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano, Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack, Housing and Urban Development Secretary Shaun Donovan and FEMA Administrator Craig Fugate.
Some 211 tornadoes have been estimated to have hit the region within a span of hours on Wednesday afternoon, including one in Smithville, Mississippi that has been preliminarily categorized as an EF-5. An EF-5 tornado is the highest classification for a tornado, and the one that went through Smithville is estimated to have packed winds peeds of over 200 miles per hour.

In a lecture on April 27, 1997 at the University of Georgia former Secretary of Defense, William Cohen spoke on weapons of mass destruction. At that lecture Cohen asserted that “electromagnetic waves can be used to stimulate geophysical events such as earthquakes, climate change, volcanic eruptions and the like”. Secretary of Defense Cohen also stated that this is being used in an ecotype of terrorism. Can we take Cohen’s assertions to be factual? As Secretary of Defense, Cohen would have had first hand technical knowldge of the existence of such a weapon of mass destruction. So if what he was saying is true who is using this weapon of mass destruction and ecotype of terrorism? Since Cohen worked for the United States government the only plausible answer would be the United States government.
Former US Secretary of Defense, William Cohen was actually warning us in 1997 that the United States government has developed and is now actively using a weapon that is capable of causing mass destruction by triggering earthquakes, weather modification (inducing heavy rainfall that causes floods or no rainfall which causes droughts), volcanic eruptions and the like. Cohen was warning us about the existence of HAARP. HAARP was developed by the Bill Clinton / Al Gore administration as a United States weapon of mass destruction.
HAARP was ordered built by Bill Clinton and Al Gore to beam electromagnetic waves into the Earth’s inosphere to trigger geophysical events such as earthquakes, climate modification (change), volcanic eruptions and the like. Congressional Hearing records during the Clinton administration and HAARP patents disclose that HAARP beaming heats the inosphere. As we all know heat causes things to expand. We also know that heat rises. As HAARP heats one part of the ionosphere the ionosphere expands and gets pushed higher. This HAARP ionosphere heating can cause a controlled diverting or altering of the natural path of jet streams.
A situation is gaining national interest due to investigative journalist and human rights defender known as Dutch Since, who specializes in HAARP weather warfare and unmistakably predicted this week's series of deadly southland's storms with extraordinary accuracy. He allegedly bases his predictions on HAARP rings and scaler squares that he documents on video using official US data.

Geo-engineering, the artificial modification of the earth's climate systems, is an environment modification (ENMOD) science for "deliberate manipulation of natural processes - the dynamics, composition or structure of the Earth, including its biota, lithosphere, hydrosphere and atmosphere, or of outer space that can be applied as a weapon of mass destruction." Along with sending endearing comments of concern to his wife on the program each time a tornado neared their home, Chief Metorologist Francis repeated several times during the special program that evening that he had never seen such strangely forming tornadoes.
Viewers saw a particularly animated Chief Meteorologist that night when the map clearly indicated a tornado had formed on the east side of one of the many storms, rather on the typical west side in the direction it was moving.

Since is using Youtube to teach others how to prepare for HAARP and scalar-caused storms, examples of weather warfare.
"Half-moon shapes indicate an epicenter," explains Since, among many details he explains in his videos.
"Look for the ring, and then look for the center of the rings, and then you forecast after 24 to 48 hours after this storm goes through, the areas getting the rings are going to get another system.
Dupré reported January 18,2010, "The geo-engineer website highlights the plan to keep the public in the dark about the technology that includes weapons of mass destruction and spin the technology so voters support it."

According to his website, Since has specialized in HAARP signs so that people can know and predict for their best interest. People's best interest is not necessarily the same as the petrochemical-military-industrial complex interest or its aim for Full Spectrum Dominance, as the following passage about HAARP indicates:
