Bishop Weeks Evicted From Church Building
Bishop Thomas Weeks III, who split from televangelist Juanita Bynum in a very public divorce earlier this year, was evicted Friday from his Gwinnett County church. Sheriff’s deputies carried out the eviction while a church convocation was in progress at Weeks’ Global Destiny Ministries, located at 4830 Rivergreen Parkway. With congregation members by his side, Weeks was forced to leave Global Destiny Ministries’ Duluth campus.
Documents filed in state court in Gwinnett County showed Weeks and the church owe $511,842 to the owners of the buildings. He is Currently conducting serves from Gwinnett County holiday Inn

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Weeks was evicted out of his Global Destiny International Ministries cathedral in Duluth Georgia Friday. On Sunday, his congregation held services at the Holiday Inn in Norcross.
Weeks currently owes over $400,000 to the landlord of the campus where Global Destiny once sat. Weeks said the money he owes includes attorney’s fee, late fees, and interest. He stopped paying rent in July.
Weeks renamed his church Global Destiny Worldwide Vision, and said that he was “re-sizing” the church to “to fit economic times.” “When something like this happens, it’s really an exodus into a new prophecy,” he said. “People do not understand the cost of running a worldwide ministry.”
